Almost every day an off property rampaging Pit Bull is shot by US Law Enforcement. If these incidents were caused by wolves or mountain lions the public would be demanding that they be hunted to near extinction.

Gotta wonder how much money is tied up in Law Enforcement responding to these episides and the subsequent "In the line of Duty" investigations?

Ridiculous!!

at the very least, the public demands that the individuals be hunted down and killed or relocated.
we really need a one bite you're out law across the breed board.
an aggressive dog living in close proximity to people opposed to a wild animal that happens wander in too close is a much larger threat to public safety.
