It is business as usual in Knoxville, Tn. WATE tv is already saying no charges will be filed.

If a police officer or animal control officer get bit they will kill the dog or file charges but a citizen is just out of luck. Citizens just don't count for anything

The ban in Cincinnati is 5 years old. So where did she get the pit from? I am sure this is being investigated right now. The city fines Robinson will endure, and possible misdemeanor convictions, will amount to more than the loss of her robbery, which led her to buy a pit bull in the first place and leave it chained in her yard.

This is the great thing about BSL..There's no claiming ignorance about the danger of the dog and no "Oops" defense.

Do not pass go and go straight to jail.

Wate Tv is reporting this same pit bull attacked a 11 year old boy, 2 years ago same circumstances feeding pups and the owners paid his medical bills after they were sued. As usual dumb animal control here in Knoxville says there has been no incidences with this dog. If they did their job after the first one this dog would not have been given the opportunity to attack again. Bitting and killing dogs have more rights in Knoxville than what citizen have Here is the link to that story.
