I wonder if Child Protective Services knew their was a pit bull in this home? If they did, what were they thinking when they placed the child there?

Texas would be wise to get on board with Pennsylvania and start the process to overturn laws prohibiting BSL.

I just read another story regarding this attack, with this headline: 'Second Dog Possibly Caused Pit Bull to Attack Boy.'

The family has offered an explaination of the pit bull possibly becoming agitated about another dog coming into the area. In other words, another misdirected attack?

How stupid is this breed? Pit bulls are the hands down winner for ugly, but do they also get the trophy for dumb? Sheeeesh!

"The family has offered an explaination of the pit bull possibly becoming agitated about another dog coming into the area. In other words, another misdirected attack?"

The excuses offered by rationalizing Pit perps don't even make sense! If the presence of another dog is going to make a Pit Bull explode into a killing frenzy... then clearly the dog was extremely dangerous and should not have existed in a residential setting.

Fellow Pit nutters will throw the owner of this dog under the bus to distract the public away from this breed specific behavior, ie...Killing kids!
