Pit Bull Breeder at Odds with Nuns Owes Thousands in Unpaid Taxes
$200,000 in Taxes OwedOklahoma City, OK - State Representative Mike Reynolds is fuming mad after a tax amnesty bill was passed and is now law in Oklahoma. He's outraged to see the amounts of taxes owed by some Oklahomans. He's particularly upset that Kenneth Gonzales -- that operates an unlicensed, noncompliant and illegal pit bull kennel -- is suing the state and City of Oklahoma on the grounds of a law Gonzales says is "unconstitutional."
Pit bull owners rarely take responsibility when their dog
annihilates a human being or pet. Most often they refuse to pay the cost of medical care and blame the victim for the attack. In other instances, they flee the scene of the attack. Pit bull owners rarely register or michrochip their dog, as yet another way to avoid accountability. Pit bull owners stick to the idea that the reckless behavior of themselves and
deadly behavior of their dogs is "someone" else's fault.
It makes perfect sense that a non-taxpaying pit bull kennel owner, that operates an unlicensed, noncompliant and illegal kennel, feels justified in using taxpayer's dollars to start a frivolous law suit that claims his "constitutional" rights have been have been damaged. Forget the fact that he refuses to pay his taxes and operates an unlicensed, noncompliant and illegal kennel. This is, after all, America and Mr. Gonzales is, after all, a
pit bull owner.
