Governor Brad Henry Signed 31 Bills TodayDogsBite.org - We have now received a
confirmed report that the governor has signed Senate Bill 1754 into law. The Carmelite Sisters of Oklahoma, who have been operating Villa Teresa School for Oklahoma City residents since 1960, can now move forward in their efforts to remove the neighboring pit bull kennel that houses up to 42 dogs.
