This is why it is so important that someone tracks these incidents...At current pace, police officers will dispatch around 3500 pit bulls during their duties over the next decade.
Anthony looks like he'll have a rough time in "The Slammer".

Can you picture these people, or people like them, owning anything other than a pit bull?
"Pit bulls - the breed of choice for human scum. The complete dirt bag wouldn't be caught without one!"

We don't pay our police officers enough. These people are terrible. It's interesting watching the woman. Folks if you're ever at a meeting for breed specific legislation there will be women who run from the room sobbing over their pit bull. I'm convinced many of these women are so unstable. This woman is also violent. Did you notice how the Captain reacted when he asked the officer, "What kind of dog?" The officer said,"a pit bull." The Captain, "oh." Not much else to be said.

She's covered in Pepper spray. I wonder if the affect of the spray is exasperating her hysteria.

Keep in mind, when you read the comments made under news stories about pit bull attacks, and the posters say how wonderful pit bulls are, and how they should not be banned, THIS IS WHO IS MAKING THE COMMENTS!!!!
The police officers acted with dignity and compassion. These oh-so-typical pit bull owners are who our elected officials are protecting by refusing to regulate these dogs!

The cops have guns. They can protect themselves but what about the public? What is the police doing to protect us? Why aren't they speaking out? They know what these dogs are like, they need to know to survive.

The anonymous statement above about public meetings to discuss BSL is correct. I recently went to a City Council meeting with BSL as the main topic and there were women unable to speak, running sobbing from the room. I was not aware that this is so common. Who knew?
