Greenwood residents should note that restricting pit bull ownership in their town will improve residents quality of life, enhance public safety, and will lessen the burden on police and AC, who will spend less time responding to pit bull calls. Pit bulls in a neighborhood lowers property values, so restricting them is good for your neighborhood.

Congratulations to Greenwood public servants, who put the needs of their constituents first.

I don't see how it could do much good if people are still allowed to own one. It's one thing to make rules but another to enforce those rules. As long as there are pits around accidents can still happen.
They should ban them completely and only allow citizens that all ready own one to keep them in accordance to these new rules.
