Loose Dog Attacks 12-Year Old Girl in South Windsor
Dog Appeared Friendly Then AttackedSouth Windsor, CN - A 12-year-old girl was attacked by a loose dog causing "significant injury and trauma" to her face, police said. The victim was walking near a railroad crossing with a friend when a black, medium-sized dog approached them. Police said the dog appeared friendly at first but then jumped up onto the victim and bit her face. Police need help identifying the dog or its owners.
