Now the Pit Community will throw this guy under the bus with the "It's the owner" chant...A de facto accusation of murder, yet they will never push for charges.

MUNCIE, IN - The Muncie Animal Shelter, the Unconditional Love Foundation and the Armed and Famous crew are teaming up for an event this Saturday, January 6, at the Muncie Animal Shelter, 2401 South Gharkey. The event is from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.The Muncie Animal Shelter and Unconditional Love Foundation are working together to educate the public about pit bulls, dogfighting, overpopulation and proper pet care.
Since the recent drug raid, the shelter has been overrun with Pit Bulls. Most of the animals are very adoptable according to the shelter.

When is the media and authorities going to understand that these are situations are breeders breeding these dogs and selling the puppies to dog fighters and drug dealer types
These are illegal businesses, they don't report the income or pay taxes
Breeders need to get licensed, because these dog fighting breeding situations (big and small) thrive thanks to zero regulation.
That's why the breeders want no licensing. THey can hide easily with no fear.
So many situations where these breeders' unaltered dogs are killing and mauling.

In other words, the authorities did nothing.
It is only chance that a neighbor or neighbor's child wasn't killed.
If they were, the city needs to get sued for failing to protect public safety.

Call away; the police or ac won't come until the pit bull is safely tucked away in the home when the owner finally finds it and calls it inside.
In Dayton, you can call the police, AC, and the sheriff, and it will be three days before you see one ac van troll down the street, quick peek up and down,
"No pit bull" and take off to their donut breaks.
I was told I had to wait until an actual attack before they'd put down their coffee to think about it.
Everyone in the neighborhood I live in stays inside now. We only go out if we have weapons in hand.
We are being bullied into leaving by a dog.

Dayton resident. GET OUT THE VIDEO CAMERA.
Document everything. The roaming dog, the dog with the owner, the dog going into the owner's house.
Then you have video to bring to the media, concerned officials, a lawyer.
And a lawyer may prove helpful. These authorities need to understand they they will get sued, even personally, if someone gets hurt or killed when they have done nothing.

78 years old | Lusby, MD
Raymond Tomco, 78-years old, was found on the floor of his home with numerous bites from the three family pit bulls. One of the dogs severed an artery, which may have led to his bleeding to death. The three pit bulls in the home and two chained outside belonged to Tomco's daughter who found her father's body. Between June 2005 and March 2005 Christina Tomco had been cited nine times for having unlicensed and unrestrained dogs. She was issued fines totaling $600. It was also reported that Tomco was bitten by one of the dogs on a prior occasion.

The nutters are already hiting the boards rationalizing that the dogs went off because of the pups....Nonsense! If all breeds did this the sun would be blacked out by the lifeflight helicopters.

We've got lovely pics and videos of the Amazing Zeebo as he capers and prances about in the perfect freedom provided by his owner, as the neighbors watch from the windows their restored cottages.
No more gardens for any of us! Zeebo has to pee!
The landlord knows about the dog, he gets calls three times a week. Every time, he ask, "What dog?"

WHY DONT THEY MAKE A SHOW TO PUT ON T.V.WHEN PIT BULLS ATTACK.IT WOULD BE ON 24/7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
