Apparently, these two misunderstood wigglebutts were rescues placed with the felon 1 1/2 weeks ago.

"Iam the father of the children involved in the above story many of the statements made are ntrue and where not made to law enforcement at the time of investigation. They only came out to news crews.. This matter is one that our family is looking closely at to determine the safest way to continue to raise our children that we adore and love more then anything. Our daughter after being seen at Mary Bridge was deemed to have NO bite marks or marks that support the dogs having caused direct harm to the children. This is a troubling time as it is for any and all that are looking in on this . The dogs have been part of our house hold for 1 1/2 weeks as rescues it has been our intent to evaluate the dogs and address any issue that are found before they are placed in proper homes."

He was going to "evaluate" the dogs as he lay comatose on the couch? Good luck to the next recipients of these rescued pit bulls!

What if the neighbors had NOT intervened? 1.5 weeks with two new pit bulls in a household around children!!!!!?????

A recipe for disaster!

Which SeaTAC rescue organization is placing Pit Bulls with convicted animal abuser/sex offenders?

Enquiring minds want to know...

Just shows you that ANYONE can take these pit bulls under the guise of rehab and adopt-out. What were their credentials, besides animal cruelty? Did they think evaluation means leaving 2 fighting-type dogs in the house with children? It just doesn't make sense.

What rescue or shelter did these dogs come from? Can the reporter find this out?

(Just remember that some of these dog fighters and breeders when they get exposed do try to claim they do "rescues" or "adopted" the dogs as a way to get sympathy, and distract from their breeding or fighting business.)

But the public needs to know where these dogs came from

Also sex offender- allowed to have a child

Animal cruelty- allowed to have animals

What judge handled either of these two cases? What were the restrictions?

Or is this more judge misbehavior?

According to pit bull advocates and pit bull lobbying groups, Pierce County, Washington has one of the most PROGRESSIVE dog ordinances in the US! (LOL!)

This is very important information....which rescue organization is this man working for? I think the MSM missed a story here.

This man is a convicted felon, a sex offender. What would happen if a young woman who wanted to adopt a dog went to visit the dog at its foster home? This rescue group may have put prospective adopters at risk.

Which rescue group was this man doing foster care for?

It was pretty easy to type in a Tacoma, Wa. zip code into Petfinder and see the results....lots of pit bulls, and some sketchy "rescues" that use foster homes..

http://www.petfinder.com/shelters/WA306.html

http://www.compassionedrescue.org/

Its interesting that "Compassioned Rescue" likes to rescue animals deemed "unadoptable" by other organizations and put them in "foster homes".

There are several more "rescues" that operate through "foster homes", which show pit bulls for adoption. Which one of these agencies used a convicted felon to foster their pit bulls?

I just have to say again that some of these pit breeders and dog fighters have falsely claimed that they were running "rescues" or had "adopted" the dogs when they get some public exposure

It is hard to say what is going on until someone does some digging, which I wish these reporters would do, as well as ac!

Media follow up after this dummy posted online:

http://www.kirotv.com/news/18625310/detail.html

The media still isn't questioning which organization placed the dogs with someone of this guys background. The pit community continues to be it's own worst enemy. Obviously public safety was way down the list of cosiderations when placing these dogs.

Some of the Pit Advocates are questioning the veracity of the 13 year old rescuer's story since he wouldn't look into the camera.

The good citizenry sees an unassuming hero, while the Pit counter culture see an agenda driven threat to their beloved breed and lifestyle.... Sick!
