I am surprised to see Dogs Deserve Better joining in with the dog fighters and pit bull breeders and helping them out.

I thought they had more sense than that, and focused solely on anti-tethering issues.

Guess not.

The PA Dangerous dog law is being broken here because the local A/C Department is starstruck. Legally, this dog should be declared Dangerous and be listed on the State's dangerous dog registry. Insurance, signage and containment regulations apply.

This Pit schuffling is an example of what is wrong with the Pit Bull community. Instead of this Canine IED being euthanized and the breeder being scrutinized it will be exploited like the Vick Dogs.

How does a lowly A/C rep have the ability to ignor the State Dangerous Doglaw? This town should be financially liable for any future medical costs for allowing a Level 5 mauler to be released from it's custody.

Can a formal complaint be filed (on record) with the mayor or city council of this town about the failure of animal control? Also the goverrnor of the state?

This is illegal behavior by public servants who are endangering human lives.

There should be some formal record.

Great example of why dogs need to be chipped. That way, the dog's rap sheet follows it with its VIN number.
